i suggest more than maybe 5 because they are Jack Dempseys and they do get big. They can easily reach 6 inches or more. However they can be VERY finicky eaters and supposedly when under 3" can be very hard to take care of. I have one and he is so pretty but he is in with 4 Red Snooks (all babies less than 3") and he still chases them all so he is still a Dempsey. So keep in mind they will get big and aggressive but well it if they get along.

Open your Internet Explorer then go to Tools>>Internet Options. Go to the “Connections “ tab and click on “LAN settings”. Uncheck all tacks and then click “OK”. This would only fix your problem if a broken proxy server was set. Check for malware that could have hijacked your browser and set its own settings. You can use Ad-Aware to do this. You might also want to reset your browser if these things did not fix your problem. To do this open your Internet Explorer then go to Tools>>Internet Options and navigate to the “Advanced” tab. The “Reset…” button is found at the bottom.

quick and bodgy fix

1. click > run and type regedit
2. click file > – save a copy to your desktop (just making a backup of your registry)
3. go back to regedit (the registry editor)
4. go to edit > find > type in whyusewindows

and delete EVERYTHING that has whyusewindows in it.

Hey Lynn

I feel your pain and understand how you are feeling I have been in your position and it was and is a hard and life long battle, but you can beat it back some, but know that some times just a little word or a song can and does bring back some of those junkie feelings.
Continue doing all those things that you think are not helping you but if you keep doing it eventually you will to feel different not necessarily over night so-to-speak, but eventually.
Exercising is one of the keep components to human health, a healthy body a healthy mind. Going to a gym may not be what you need to exercise maybe your thing is riding a bike or swimming and not some much weight lifting. I like to ride a bike or walk on the beach to help clear my mind not to mention the girl watching thing that comes with being out side. I am single and have been for a while, but I am not looking for someone but looking at beautiful things makes me feel in all of beauty, maybe that is what you need to figure out for your self that one thing that makes you feel in all. I did the med things the therapy thing which did help me, but one of my triggers other than looking at girls was braking things or shooting things, I use an air soft gun instead of a real one the bullets cost to much, plus I thought about using it on my self one to many times so an air soft gun is good enough beside I can shoot it in the house I just have to clean up all the broken plastic on the floor, but these are the things that I found to help me you just have to find your trigger that one or two things that will help you to feel better at that moment and time when you are feeling like crap at that time.
Good luck to you and I hope you feel better soon because life is to to feel bad about it, before you know it you have missed out on all the good stuff because you felt bad about something so minor.

from what you have described.. you have a healthy relationship with another human being, you are fit and eat healthy, you are open-minded about the solutions and you have been in therapy plus you can made a judgement as to right and wrong (the "weed" solution and joining a religious cult) – and i can tell you that there is NOTHING wrong with you.. yeah, a shocker but i am serious.. i think you can lay off the medication and stop therapy.. the only thing that is happening is the case of boredom but psychologically and emotionally you are a healthy human being, so you can stop your body with pills..

go back to your pyschologist and if he wont change your meds change doctors
my fiance is depressed and bipolar
and they had to change his meds around alot
but now hes happy
also go to church i know you think it sounds stupid but the lord can really help pray and it doesnt have to make you feel paranoid

You are not hopeless, dealt with depression for 40+ years. I know that sounds like a long time but there are a few things that you should know. Yes depression sucks BIG time, yes it can change the way that you look at the world and how you react to it. But you can choose how you do that. I was diagnosed with depression at the age of nine years old. I will be 54 in the summer. had a lot of therapist and a lot of medications. Medications for me only work for about a year and than we end up changing them. been diagnosed with dysthima( chronic depression) which might be what dealing with. Chronic depression be treated the way that other depressions are. You need different meds and you might need more than one at a time. Life can get better if willing to fight for it. IF someone had diagnosed you with a physical problem would you fight or give up?? I know how hard it is I have physical issues, medical issues as well as the psychological ones. But also had some really great times in my life including the of my three children and meeting the woman that I love more than any other in my life. I have met those people had those children if given up on life years ago. I know hard to believe that things can get better when you feel like sh+++. and it feels like felt that way forever. One of the things that you have to do is to find a therapist used to dealing with people with dysthimia and also a psychiatrist willing to really listen to what you have to say about medications and side effects. There are ways to feel better,but you will have to advocate for yourself and if you get along with your therapist than get another one. You have to make sure that you and your therapist are a good fit for each other. Not enough people do that, what you want from therapy and what the therapist hopes to accomplish have to mesh. You have to feel the same way about the therapist/patient relationship so that both working from the same page. one way of making sure that things get better. I know that hard and I also know not easy by any means but I know that the fight is it.

I have had depression and anxiety, mostly depression, for 40 years, since I was 19. Talk therapy and medicine have not cured my chronic depression. I continue talk therapy because, although it does not cure me, it makes me feel better. I continue taking medicine (SSRIs) because, even though they do not cure my chronic depression, they do make it unlikely that I will have a major depressive episode.

I suggest you go for talk therapy and take medicines, even if they seem to be helping right now.

You can download the page and nobody is the wiser… But when you open the page (after downloading it), sometimes there will be code that tells the webmaster that someone is looking at their page after downloading it to their computer… The link will come up:
/C:/some computer/some folder/page.html
along with information about where your computer is (city, country), your browser, your isp… and plenty more for the techie to glean, if they want to…

Anything that ends in html will send you to a web page. If your security is not current a web page can activate a program to run on your computer causing all kinds of problems. What to really watch out for is xxx.jpg.exe. They will cause problems for sure since it is a program. Since many people have viewing extensions turned off they do not see the exe. In fact the xxx.jpg.html can really be xxx.jpg.html.exe.

My advice is to go to folder options and turn on the option to always view extensions. Otherwise it is very easy to be fooled.

There is a such thing as slander, which usually covers spoken words but can extend to written ones as well. Making a claim "ABC Sucks" could be construed as an opinion statement, but if anything is said about the company that is not 100% true, you might be setting yourself up for some bad news.

Consider this: if ABC, or any company out there for that matter, turns out to do deeds, they may do whatever they can, including having a lawyer comb your entire site, fact-check every single thing you post, and they may perhaps even hire people posing as fans to try and egg you on into breaking the law. That and if you post any pictures on the site that are obtained through any means other than 100% legal procedures, or used without the companies consent might be handing them ammunition. For example, if you went and grabbed their logo from their website, they might try and sue you for using it without permission.

I suggest that if you are intent on taking on a giant like ABC, being one man/woman yourself, you better have a warchest of money just in case you actually have to go to depend on some free speech advocacy group to rush to your defense. expect to rally any prospective fans of the site to protest on your behalf. The most they would probably do is blog about how unfair it is and be done with it.

So if you are still intent on doing what you described above, I would suggest creating a concept site on disk and bring it to a lawyer to review. You will have to pay him/her for their services but trust me, it will be it. They will go through the information you have up there, and tell you what, if anything, you can be sued for. Ask this lawyer for some general guidelines to stay within the law, and then pay them for their time. Hang on to their business card because if you receive a "Cease and Desist" notice from ABC, the first person you are going to need to call.

And the best advice I can give.

Sounds like you may be infected with the TDSS rootkit infection (AKA Google Redirect Virus) which usually cannot be detected with ordinary anti-virus/anti-spyware/anti-malware softwares. This crap is all over the internet the past few weeks.

Just take off the .html after the file extension, and the file will be a .rar. never ran into this before but had a .rar.rar, sometimes computers do things that make sense and theres no good reason of why they did it.
